Job Title: Year-Long Internship (Marketing, Merchandising, PR, Graphic Design, Web Development) Company: Mozzimo Jewelry Location: Remote (USA only) Commitment: 5–15 hours per week Duration: Rolling, year-round (approximately 12 months) Compensation: Unpaid About Mozzimo Jewelry Mozzimo Jewelry is a growing startup brand rooted in storytelling, emotion, and accessible style. As a small, fast-moving team, we value creativity, initiative, and thoughtful execution. Interns play a meaningful role in shaping the brand while gaining hands-on experience across core business functions. About the Internship We are hiring two interns per track on a rolling, year-round basis in the following areas:
- Marketing
- Merchandising
- Public Relations (PR)
- Graphic Design
- Web Development
This internship is designed for individuals who want real startup experience , not just observation. You will work directly with experienced professionals and senior leadership, gaining mentorship and exposure to how a brand is built and scaled. What You’ll Do Responsibilities will vary by track but may include: Marketing
- Assist with social media planning, content creation, and campaign execution
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations
- Support influencer outreach and partnerships
Merchandising
- Help manage product assortments and inventory tracking
- Assist with product launches and merchandising strategy
- Conduct trend and competitive research
Public Relations (PR)
- Support media outreach and relationship building
- Draft press materials and brand messaging
- Track press coverage and opportunities
Graphic Design
- Create visual assets for social, email, and web
- Support brand identity and campaign design
- Collaborate on creative direction and storytelling
Web Development
- Assist with website updates and optimization
- Support e-commerce functionality and UX improvements
- Help troubleshoot and implement new features

Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (preferred, not required)

- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
- Organized with strong communication skills
- Able to commit consistently (5–15 hours/week) over the internship period
