eCommerce Operations Associate
Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of our ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain the accuracy and usability of our online store through item setup, maintenance, and product information management.
- Ensure the integrity of product images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to orders, website experience, and UX/UI features.
- Manage and update product data, including inventory levels, pricing, and product attributes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches and updates.
- Provide support to customer service and other internal teams regarding online orders, website functionality, and app usage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new website features and enhancements.
- Assist in monitoring website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, page load times) and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to influence the enhancement roadmap.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in an eCommerce Operations or related position preferred
- Shopify experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CMS and PIM platforms such as Bynder
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and similar
