Licensed Health & Life Insurance Sales Assistant

Job Details:

• Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health License required
• Remote work opportunity available in the state of Texas
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills is required for this position

• Assess healthcare needs and build comprehensive plan benefit options.
• Match consumers' needs with a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.
• Participate in inbound and outbound call campaigns to service prospective clientele.
• Call prospective clients and schedule appointments to speak with a licensed agent.
• Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.

Qualifications:

• Please only apply for this position if you have an active Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health License
• High School Diploma or GED
• The candidate must exhibit confidence and model a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
• Available to work full-time
• Bi-lingual Required, Spanish as a second language
• Event Experience i.e. working a booth, or table at events
