Train and supervise a team of benefits verification specialists to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers to facilitate efficient and effective verification processes. Review and analyze insurance coverage information to determine eligibility and benefits for patients. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies in insurance coverage. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and efficient benefits verification process. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company standards. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in insurance coverage policies and procedures. Monitor and report on the performance of the benefits verification process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Lead by example and foster a positive and productive team environment.
