About RIC Radiology & Imaging Consultants (RIC) is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 1983, RIC consists of 34 fellowship-trained radiologists and 7 APPs, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology and image-guided therapies. RIC serves:

On-site partnership-track position
- Body Imaging
- 2-year partnership track for new graduates
- Shortened partnership consideration for experienced radiologists
Schedule & Work Environment
- Primarily on-site, with multiple remote shifts
- Mix of subspecialty and general radiology
- Day shifts with additional swing shifts
- ~10 weekends per year, with a post-call day off
- 10 weeks of vacation including weekend before and after, additional single days off
- Opportunities for internal moonlighting
- 24/7 administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- $500,000 – Year 1
- $525,000 – Year 2
- Nominal partnership buy in
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (based on experience), or fellowship stipend
