We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a remote teletherapy position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals enhance their communication abilities through innovative, virtual methods. This role will enable you to provide speech and language therapy, utilizing cutting-edge technology from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver personalized speech and language therapy sessions to pediatric caseload from a remote teletherapy platform. - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific child's needs and goals. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and optimal therapy outcomes. - Monitor child's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with professional standards and regulations. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. - Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Tennessee. - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. - Prior experience in telepractice is advantageous but not required. - Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment methods. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Comfortable with technology and various teletherapy platforms. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
