Mental Health Counselor - Remote (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) Jars of Clay, A Sanctuary Full Time $60,000-75,000 / yr. Jars of Clay is an established virtual psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing trauma healing for vulnerable women in our Colorado communities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic trauma therapists who are passionate about empowering women and helping them discover their true selves. Our practice focuses on offering high-quality mental health treatment and has a particular commitment to normalizing treatment within communities of color. Position Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Collaborate with clients to create a comprehensive plan of care Implement individualized therapeutic treatment and regularly monitor progress Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Make appropriate referrals/coordinate care with community resources when necessary Adhere to practice policies and ethical standards Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled Possible clinical or support group facilitation We are looking for talented candidates who:
- Have at least one year of experience providing trauma therapy
- Are trained in cognitive and somatic evidenced-based modalities (i.e. EMDR, Brainspotting)
- Hold a master's degree in counseling
- Are registered with DORA as an independently licensed clinician (or in Colorado)
- Demonstrate initiative and excel in independent work
- Are openly communicative and collaborative
