Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC)

You thrive in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams, working alongside Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to enhance continuity of care and ensure patients feel supported through every step of their journey. Position Summary As a Therapist at Anywhere Clinic, you will provide care for patients struggling with depression, anxiety, and related conditions. You will guide patients through their treatment plan, offer ongoing therapeutic support, and ensure care is aligned with psychiatric providers. Your role will focus on building continuity of care across states, providers, and treatment phases—strengthening the bridge between therapy and medication management to optimize outcomes. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and administer validated screening instruments (online).
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate seamlessly with psychiatric care.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support and monitor patient progress through the course of treatment.
• Collaborate with Psychiatrists, NPs, and PAs to ensure continuity and coordination of care across state lines.
• Document all sessions in compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols.
• Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, adaptability, and team-based support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC. Multi-state licensure preferred. Primarily looking for licensure in any of the following states: AZ - CA - CO - FL - ID - NV - NY - TX
• Passion for continuity of care and integrated treatment models.
• Ability to build authentic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and comfort working with confidential information.
