Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties
- Provide remote and in-person supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering mentorship, guidance, and compassionate leadership.
- Design and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct virtual assessments, parent training, and team collaboration sessions.
- Support families through consistent communication and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
- Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Active state licensure (LBA) as required
- Master's or Doctorate in ABA or related field
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred before start date)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills across virtual and in-person settings
- Reliable transportation for any required in-home visits
