Primary Care Physician (Telemedicine)
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) | Must be based in Puerto Rico | Commitment: flexible | $100.00 per hour | Job type: Independent Contractor About Tuyo Health: Tuyo Health is an innovative telemedicine startup offering personalized care in areas such as Weight Loss, Preventative Medicine, Sexual Health, Fertility, and more. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking Physicians who are passionate about high-quality, accessible healthcare. This is a remote, contract-based role with a defined weekly time commitment. What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess patients’ medical history, current conditions, and health goals.
- Provide direct medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and clinical notes.
- Address patient inquiries via a secure messaging platform.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
What You'll Bring:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with active license to practice in Puerto Rico.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical practice (telehealth experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable using digital tools and electronic health records.
- Availability to commit multiple days per week.
