SMM Lead

## We’re searching for a Social Media Lead with a focus on X (Twitter) to take full ownership of our global social media presence and elevate it to the next level. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead strategy, mentor a capable team, and drive performance across Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube - placing special focus on Twitter as our core channel. This is a strategic, data-driven position with high visibility and direct impact on our brand’s growth and engagement. ## What you’ll do: Develop and implement a global social media strategy with a clear vision for growth and monetization Build and maintain a structured, data-informed content plan across platforms Lead a high-performing SMM team (currently 4+ people), assigning tasks and mentoring each member Oversee day-to-day execution, with priority on Twitter, while supporting Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube Conduct regular competitor and audience research to inform creative direction and positioning Collaborate with Editorial, PR and KOL/Influencer management teams to support and amplify campaigns Audit content performance, set clear KPIs, and align strategy with key metrics Refresh and optimize outdated content based on insights and evolving trends Finalize and present an updated strategy and a two-quarter roadmap in your first months ## You are the perfect match if you: Have at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of leading SMM teams (ideally 5+ people) Can define and track KPIs, make data-informed decisions, and continuously iterate for better performance Understand social dynamics in crypto or media - big plus Possess strong communication skills and are fluent in English Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ## What we offer to you: 100% remote work - no location limits.
