However our special niche allows you to not ever compete or have conflict of interest with your current contractor clients. Pay: -$50 per appointment set -$100 per appointment closed -$150 per appointment closed (self gen) -$200 personal gen sales closed (phone sale) -$500 bonus per 4 sales in a week (this goal is achieved regularly by anyone that cares and commits)

About the Role

We’re looking for mentally tough, bilingual (English/Spanish) Cold Callers with 2+ years of phone sales or appointment setting experience to join our fast-growing remote team. The right individual has the desire to be more than just a cold caller and longs to grow their skills and their bank account. 50% of your day, you’ll call mostly industry specific businesses in efforts to form partnerships for referrals. The other 50% of your day, you'll call warm homeowner leads (limited cold prospecting), qualify them for our home insurance advocacy services, and schedule appointments with our specialists. This is a high-volume calling role (200+ calls/day) — ideal for strong communicators who thrive in highly competitive, and self driven environments. Perfect For:

Requirements:

• 2+ years phone sales or cold calling experience (required)

• Basic computer skills & reliable internet
