Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and persuasive Spanish Bilingual Sales Caller to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls in B2B or B2C settings. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has strong sales acumen, and thrives in engaging potential clients through cold or warm outreach.   • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across Spanish-speaking and English-speaking markets.
  • Present products or services clearly, emphasizing benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful dialogue to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and transfer or schedule appointments with the sales team.

Client Engagement & Sales Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead details using CRM tools.
  • Address questions and objections effectively, positioning offerings as valuable solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives by providing detailed notes and insights for follow-up.
  • Provide input to improve sales scripts and outreach strategies based on call performance.

Performance Monitoring & Market Awareness:

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and client behaviors to better position products or services.
  • Monitor competitor activity to improve pitch and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales calling, cold calling or telemarketing (B2B and/or B2C preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, and comfortable handling rejections.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
