Sales Recruiter (Commission-Only, Remote, Sourcing Appointment Setters). Crezivanta builds cinematic websites and custom browser extensions for businesses, creators, and agencies. We are expanding our outbound sales team and bringing on Sales Recruiters who can consistently source qualified appointment setters from the right regions. This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor recruiting role. You control your time, your pipeline, and your upside. What You Will Do: - You will source and refer appointment setters who can find their own leads. - Warm up prospects. - Book qualified appointments. - Operate fully on commission with minimal hand-holding. Your job is simple: - Bring in capable setters from approved regions who understand outbound and can perform. Where You Will Find Candidates: - You can source talent from anywhere, including WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Discord, Reddit, job boards, and your personal network. Your Responsibilities: - You will share the Crezivanta Setter role and application link. - Pre-qualify candidates so they understand it is commission-only. - They must find their own leads. - They must book calls (not wait for inbound). - Get them to complete the official Setter application. - Maintain a weekly list of candidates you referred. Who You Should Refer: - We are looking for appointment setters who speak English. - Can find and book their own appointments. - Work independently with minimal guidance. - Are comfortable with commission-only compensation. Approved Regions: International: - India. - Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, etc.). - Philippines. - Pakistan. - Sri Lanka. - Bangladesh. - Caribbean (Jamaica, Trinidad, etc.). U.S. (selected states only): - Alabama (AL). - Arizona (AZ). - Florida (FL). - Georgia (GA). - Iowa (IA). - Kentucky (KY). - Michigan (MI). - Minnesota (MN). - Mississippi (MS). - Missouri (MO). - North Carolina (NC). - North Dakota (ND). - South Carolina (SC). - South Dakota (SD). - Texas (TX). Compensation (Commission-Only, Recurring): - You earn 5% of Crezivanta’s revenue share from every deal closed by any setter you referred. - This is recurring revenue (you earn every time they close a deal). - Typical earnings: $17 – $350 per deal, depending on project size. Payment Methods: - Bank Transfer. - Wise. - PayPal. Payments are issued within 14 days after client payment is cleared. There is: - No salary. - No hourly rate. - No guaranteed minimum. Example: - A setter you referred closes a $3,500 deal. - Setter earns 10% = $350. - Closer earns 10% = $350. - Designer earns 10% = $350. - Crezivanta keeps = $2,450. Your earnings: - 5% of $2,450 = $122.50. - If that same setter closes 6 deals, you earn that commission 6 times.
