Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator | Medical Spa (Miami) Pay: $15/hour + Commission + Monthly Performance Incentives Job Type: Part-Time | In-Person Location: Downtown Miami, FL Schedule: Varies based on appointments | Some Saturdays required About the Opportunity We are a growing aesthetic and medical spa clinic in downtown Miami looking for a rockstar Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is more than a receptionist role — we need someone who is a natural with people, takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, and isn't afraid to sell. If you're organized, energetic, bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day looks a little different, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term — not just fill a seat. What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet, check in, and check out clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to minimize gaps and maximize bookings
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages quickly and professionally
  • Collect client IDs, consent forms, and intake forms and ensure all information is accurate and current
  • Upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to clients
  • Follow up with clients after their treatments to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle and de-escalate upset or dissatisfied clients with grace and professionalism
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team member or management when necessary
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

You Must Have — These Are Non-Negotiable !! Bilingual in English and Spanish — this is a hard requirement. Do not apply if you are not fluent in both. !! Previous front desk or receptionist experience — required. !! Must be located within 30 minutes of downtown Miami. !! Must be available some Saturdays. You're the Right Fit If You Are...

  • Experienced in delivering 5-star customer service, even under pressure
  • Comfortable upselling and talking about services and products without being pushy
  • Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule independently
  • A fast learner who takes direction well and doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • Punctual, well-presented, clean, and professional every single day
  • A team player who is also capable of holding it down on your own
  • Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented — not someone who makes excuses
  • Genuinely interested in growing with a company long-term
  • Calm and focused when things get busy or unpredictable

Preferred (Not Required, But a Big Plus)

  • Prior experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, salon, or wellness environment
  • Familiarity with booking or scheduling software (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, Jane App, or similar)
  • Experience with CRMs or client management systems
  • Sales background in a service-based industry
