Full-Stack Developer/Systems Administrator (Italian Speaking) MVNO Telecom – Remote(1099 Contractor)

As we expand our footprint in the MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) sector, we are seeking a skilled Full-Stack .NET Developer / Systems Administrator to support the development, integration, and maintenance of our digital platforms and telecom-related systems. This role requires a professional capable of working across web development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure, while coordinating technical activities with the Italian ownership team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-growing telecom environment. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using .NET technologies. API Integration: Develop and manage REST APIs for integrations with telecom platforms, internal systems, and third-party services. Web Development: Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML and CSS. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Support and maintain systems hosted in Microsoft Azure, including deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization. System Administration: Manage servers, environments, and system configurations to ensure reliability, security, and uptime of company platforms. Technical Coordination with Italian Ownership: Communicate technical updates, development progress, and system requirements in Italian when needed. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system incidents across applications and infrastructure. System Administration Knowledge: Basic to intermediate experience with server management, deployment environments, and system troubleshooting. Status: Must be an established Independent Contractor (with a valid EIN or SSN) capable of managing your own taxes and professional tools. Remote Setup: Self-motivated with the ability to work 100% remotely from a home office with high-speed internet. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications or MVNO platforms
- Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of web application security best practices
