We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners. Must work on our W2 Job Title: Strategy Contractor Location: Remote - Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ Months contract (12/01/2025 to 06/30/2026) This person will be contracted through a US-Based firm, but resides in India Description: The services You will provide the client project team: As a Strategy Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance. Developing go-forward strategies, new business units, or other revenue-producing entities or assets without direct input from the client. Identifying acquisition targets or evaluating businesses for divestiture. Performing technical work to support the advancement of the client's long-term strategic vision. Establishing or setting up future operating models and making strategic decisions on the future state structure and operating model. Providing specific guidance on human capital, including headcount increases or reductions, creating job requirements, and staffing models. Primary Skill Required for the Role: Atlassian - JIRA Level Required for Primary Skill: Expert (10+ years experience) Additional Details for Role:
