I’m launching a healthcare newsletter + media platform called Life in Scrubs and I’m organizing a 1-day in-person build sprint in NYC on date TBD I’m hiring 1–2 people max to work with me in person for a full-day execution session. Goal (Non-Negotiable) By the end of the day, we will have: A live landing page/website A fully set up newsletter via Beehiiv A working email capture system The first issue of the newsletter written and sent Roles Needed 1. No-Code Builder / Landing Page Developer Experience with Beehiiv, Webflow, Carrd, or similar Able to build fast and clean (not over-engineered) Comfortable setting up domains, integrations, and basic automations 2. Content / Design Hybrid (Optional but preferred) Strong eye for clean, modern layout Can assist with homepage copy + newsletter formatting Experience with email marketing or newsletters is a big plus Important Details Location: NYC (in-person, office/coworking space) Date: TBD Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or before if completed Format: One day working session (this is NOT a brainstorming meeting) Budget Flat day rate: $250–$500 depending on experience/role Food, coffee, and workspace provided ⚡ Ideal Candidate Based in NYC (or able to be there in person) Has built landing pages or newsletters before Works quickly and independently Comfortable making decisions in real time Not overly perfectionist—we are launching Version 1 Not a Fit If: You prefer long timelines or multiple revisions You are not available in person in NYC You need extensive direction or micromanagement To Apply Please include: A short intro Links to landing pages, newsletters, or similar work Confirmation you can attend in person in NYC Bonus (Optional) If you have experience growing newsletters or setting up lead magnets, mention it.
