Bilingual Loan Officer- Leads Provided- Hybrid
Our client, a growing direct lender, is seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer (Spanish) to join their San Antonio office. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a realtor in a shared office, giving you immediate access to a steady flow of purchase leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound purchase leads and convert them into funded loans.
- Originate a mix of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional purchase loans.
- Leverage bilingual skills to support Spanish-speaking borrowers.
- Work closely with the in-house underwriting and closing team for fast turnarounds.
- Provide exceptional service and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Texas NMLS license required- must be current on CE
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven history of success in mortgage sales.
- Purchase experience strongly preferred.
- Some self-sourced business a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Encompass and Nexus preferred.
