- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency

Requirements
- Valid real estate license required; willingness to obtain license if not already licensed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently
- Excellent negotiation abilities to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
- Experience or familiarity with marketing techniques and customer service principles
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and property management practices is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities
- Previous administrative or real estate-related experience will be considered an asset
