IDR is seeking a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer – Security Operations to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role involves designing and developing advanced technical training programs focused on security operations and AI, supporting global learning initiatives within a leading organization. Position Overview for the Senior Technical Curriculum Developer – Security Operations:
- Design and develop technical curriculum including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, on-demand courses, simulators, and job aids.
- Write clear, practical content with real-world use cases, labs, and guided exercises to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Create assessments such as knowledge checks, tests, and exams that meet legal standards.
- Collaborate with course owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality content.
- Support updates for new product versions, assist with lab environments, and drive continuous improvement of learning assets.
Requirements for the Senior Technical Curriculum Developer – Security Operations:
- 12+ years of curriculum and content development experience with strong instructional design skills.
- 6+ years of experience on customer-facing education projects.
- Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders, offering clear options and trade-offs.
- Strong experience with multimedia and eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, SnagIt, Camtasia, or ScreenFlow.
- Experience building measurement and assessments into learning programs.
