Remote Associate Therapist - Massachusetts (MHC, LCSW) - Supervision included

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision. ‍ At Third Space Therapy, we offer:

‍ What you'll need

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• A valid LCSW license or Mental Health Counseling Associate in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
