Qualifications
- Strong background in Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Negotiations
- Expertise in AI regulations, technology law, and intellectual property
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and arbitration agreements
- Exceptional research abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively
- Current U.S. Bar membership in good standing
- Relevant experience with AI technologies or emerging tech industries is a strong advantage
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
