We’re seeking experienced professionals who specialize in refinances and excel at the one-call close. This is a fully remote, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, ideal for motivated closers who are ready to take their career — and income — to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling live inbound transfers and outbound calls from pre-qualified leads
- Following up with AI-scheduled appointments — no cold calling
- Delivering a consultative experience with a focus on closing on the first call
- Working exclusively on refinance transactions (rate and term and cash out) Leveraging our tools and support to streamline your sales process — all from your home office

- MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY LICENSED IN VA, MD, DE, WV, FL, DC, MI, TX, PA (at least 3 of these states)
- must have strong refinance experience
- Proven track record of closing loans quickly and efficiently
- Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence and competence in a commission-only environment Highly self-motivated, organized, and coachable
