We are hiring a Bookkeeping Manager who is quality‑control driven, people‑focused, and accountable for outcomes—not just deliverables. This role is responsible for managing, reviewing, and elevating the work of other bookkeepers, setting clear standards, identifying issues early, and ensuring financial work consistently meets a high level of accuracy and reliability. While hands‑on bookkeeping will be part of the role, the primary focus is management: ownership of quality control, team accountability, workflow oversight, and mentoring. This is not a purely task‑based bookkeeping position. Success in this role requires comfort leading people, providing feedback, enforcing standards, and taking responsibility for the final product delivered to clients. This position is currently part‑time, with a clearly defined path and expectation to becoming a full‑time Manager role. It is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper who wants to move beyond execution and into leadership, oversight, and people management, while playing a key role in shaping and strengthening the accounting function of the firm. • Residency: Must be a U.S. resident
• Location: Must be based in, or within 50 miles of Liberty Township, Ohio
• Schedule: Part‑time with flexible hours
• Work Style: Primarily remote; collaboration via Microsoft Teams
• Travel: Occasional, light travel to local client sites may be required
