Roofing & Solar Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Be able to professionally handle the insurance claim process.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project.
• Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files.
• Work together with co-workers to properly take care of the customer.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry
• Self-motivated, money-driven, multi-tasker
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to listen and take advice.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Outgoing personality
• Someone who likes to win but hates to lose even more.
