Marketing Manager (4 yrs+ exp)
About ONO At ONO, we design sleek, silent tools that help busy minds find a moment of clarity. Our flagship, the patented ONO Roller, is in the hands of more than 500,000 people worldwide, from overwhelmed students to design-obsessed professionals looking for a quieter way to focus. We’re a small, purpose-driven team that believes tactile tools can quietly support mental wellbeing. We move fast, execute with intent, and obsess over the details that make a product worth holding. The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to be the operational engine behind our marketing function. You’ll lead organic content and community across our channels, oversee the paid media agency that runs our ads, manage our creator and influencer programs, and run point on event activations. You’ll partner closely with the CEO on what to build next, then make sure it ships. This is a high-output role for someone who thrives on orchestration and relationship building. On any given day you might shape the concept for a product launch, brief an agency partner, reply to fifty comments in our brand voice, and run point on a campaign going live tomorrow. If you love project-managing people and workstreams, developing campaign concepts, living in the comments, and using AI to scale your output, you’ll feel right at home. What You’ll Own Content & Orchestration Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers in Monday.com so the team always knows what’s next. Plan and execute organic and campaign content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Orchestrate content production across our internal creator bench and external partners. Set briefs, run review cycles, and keep every asset on schedule. Write customer-facing captions, blog posts, and website updates that sound like ONO. Coordinate marketing pushes end-to-end: briefs, production, partner alignment, and on-schedule posting. Refine on-brand visuals and shortform videos in Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut (preferred, design skillset not required). Community Engagement
- Spend real time every day liking and replying to followers and likeminded accounts. You’ll know our top 100 community members by handle.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with thoughtful, on-brand communication.
- Build authentic relationships with followers, partners, and aligned brands to keep the community vibrant and supportive.
Creators & Affiliates
- Run day-to-day operations for our internal creator bench, including schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments.
- Partner with our Agency of Record on UGC, creator, and influencer programs.
- Make sure every piece of creative reflects ONO’s voice: calm, friendly, clever, and credible.
Agency Oversight
- Lead our relationship with the paid media agency that runs ONO’s ads. Brief them on launches and campaigns, review creative and performance, and approve direction. (You won’t be running ads in-platform; the agency handles execution.)
- Keep paid and organic aligned in voice and story so every channel tells the same brand narrative.
Events
- Maintain a rolling calendar of worth-attending events (tradeshows, conferences, creator meetups, and brand activations) and recommend where ONO should show up based on audience fit, exposure, and ROI.
- Partner with a contract event coordinator on logistics. They own the travel, booth setup, shipping, and on-site ops; you own the brand and content side.
- Build pre-event briefs for every team member and creator attending, covering goals, talking points, who to meet, and content capture requirements.
- Run the on-the-ground content capture plan so every event feeds the content calendar.
- Lead post-event recaps covering content output, connections, attributed sales, and a recommendation on whether to return next year.
Strategy & Analytics
- Work with leadership to align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals.
- Translate social performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for future content.
- Stay ahead of social and design trends so ONO’s content stays fresh and relevant.
