Omnichannel Operations Specialist
Operations Specialist, Omnichannel Marketing Contract duration through September 30 - potential to extend Estimated 20–30 hours per week Remote - EST hours Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the lead stakeholder to support omnichannel strategy development and execution
- Translate brand strategy into structured customer engagement frameworks, journeys, and messaging approaches
- Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations to enable effective lead stakeholder–driven discussions with stakeholders
- Support internal alignment across cross-functional partners (Analytics, IT, Veeva SMEs, and FSO)
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and identify optimization opportunities
- Support decision engine/orchestration efforts by connecting strategic intent to execution readiness
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement strategy
- Experience in pharma/healthcare and working within matrixed organizations
- Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable outputs
- Experience with analytics, customer journeys, and orchestration/decision engines
