SEO & Content Strategist | Commercial Real Estate (Multi-Location)

We're a fast-growing commercial real estate startup operating across 20+ locations in major U.S. markets. Our marketing team is lean and moves fast. We're looking for sharp freelancers to help us level up specific channels, starting with a paid trial project. The Role We need an SEO strategist who can build and execute an organic search program across 20+ local markets. This means local SEO, programmatic content strategy, and technical SEO, not just blog posts. You should understand how to win in local pack results, build topical authority, and create a scalable content engine for a multi-location business. You Must Be Fluent In - Local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, local pack strategy, citation management - Keyword research and content mapping for multi-market businesses - Technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, schema markup, page speed - Content strategy that balances search volume with conversion intent - SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar) - Measuring organic performance beyond rankings (traffic quality, conversions, revenue attribution) - Bonus: experience with commercial real estate, coworking, or multi-location service businesses Trial Project ($250) Audit our website's SEO performance for 2-3 of our markets and deliver a brief that includes: a technical SEO snapshot (top issues to fix), a local SEO assessment for those markets, and a prioritized content roadmap of 10 topics/pages you'd create or optimize first with estimated search volume and intent classification. The strongest performer across our trial candidates will be invited to ongoing work at a negotiated rate.
