Founding Designer
Pillar.io is hiring for a full-time UX designer to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- You will work directly on projects that impact users (content creators, talent & brand managers).
- You’ll gain exposure to how designs are implemented, with the opportunity to contribute at every stage of the ideation & design process from concept to delivery
- You will contribute to the improvement of Pillar, whether through designing UX and researching how users interact with the product
- You will help build design methodology & thinking at the company, resulting in material improvements across our suite of products – as well as how to measure, analyze, and solve customer problems
