Tech BA with Workato
Job Title: Tech BA with Workato Location: Remote Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2/C2C Job Type (Permanent/Contract) : Contract JD:- ORO is a no-code SaaS platform designed for end-to-end workflow orchestration, primarily targeting procurement and legal processes. However, it is versatile and can be adapted for various business processes requiring intake and orchestration technology. For example, ORO Labs could have been utilized instead of ServiceNow to build out the employee onboarding workflow. Role Requirements:- Functional skills:
- Strong business analyst skills in Procurement and Legal processes.
- Familiarity with Ariba and CLMS systems (e.g., Apttus).
- Ability to document processes (Visio, Lucid) and translate them into business requirements in Azure DevOps Epics, Features, and User Stories is key.
- Experience in Agile methodology with Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of the ORO pplication is preferred. Ability to learn ORO pplication to perform IT admin tasks is a must.
Technical skills:
- Experience building and supporting application integrations with Workato or a similar platform.
- Experience integrating with applications via REST APIs and OAuth services.
- Ideally familiar with Procurement and SAP API integration.
- Ability to learn ORO no-code platform to help build intake forms, workflow, and integrations required to build a new application or enhance an existing one.
Key technology components include:
- Dynamic Intake Forms - Conditional logic-driven forms for user input.
- Complex Workflow Engine - Supports parallel and dependent workflows based on logic, including approval-based processes.
- GenAI Integration - Uses OpenAI for intelligent request interpretation and match with potential responses, document processing, and commodity code mapping.
- Integration Platform - Built on Workato for seamless connectivity interfacing other applications with 1000+ pre-built connectors via SOAP APIs and OAuth services. This is also a non-code integration engine.
- Reporting Engine - Based on Google Looker, everything in the application is available for reporting. It also has an API to push data to our DnA datalake which we will take advantage of.
