About this position Product Managers at BLEN lead our teams in creating effective digital solutions. They combine domain knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to guide projects from start to finish. Our product team makes key decisions, communicates clearly with all stakeholders, and analyzes data to inform choices. They ensure our products meet client needs and align with business goals. Basic qualifications

  • Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or alternatively, 13+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • Proven track record in project management, with emphasis on process maintenance and enforcement
  • Experience in technically-focused fields
  • Minimum 1 year leading cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Quality Assurance (QA) background
  • Mobile product development expertise
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Professional certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM or other related certifications

Requirement

  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

$130,000 – $155,000 a year The salary range represents the compensation we expect to offer candidates who can perform the core responsibilities with minimal additional training. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skill set, level of experience, and scope of responsibility.
