Manager - Penetration Tester

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our penetration testing practice, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' systems and networks. Lead and oversee the penetration testing practice at RSM US, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' systems and networks. Conduct thorough and successful penetration tests on client systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for remediation. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and tailor penetration testing approaches accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and incorporate this knowledge into the penetration testing practice. Mentor and train junior members of the team on ethical hacking techniques and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the status of penetration testing projects and addressing any concerns or questions. Work closely with other teams within RSM US, such as IT and risk management, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to security. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all penetration tests, including methodologies, results, and recommendations. Continuously analyze and improve the penetration testing process, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the penetration testing practice.
