Position: System Administrator/Cloud Engineer Aurora, CO or Meridian, CO Location: Aurora, CO Job Id: 472 # of Openings: 1 System/Cloud Engineer/Administrator Aurora, CO or Meridian, CO (Location is at program discretion) Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis. ICR has opportunities available for experienced and motivated System Administrator or Cloud Engineer. This program is working to deploy GOTS enterprise applications at "The Edge". This includes many different deployment environments (Server Rooms, Mobile Data Centers, Tents) and hardware platforms (AWS Snowball Edge, AWS Outpost, Commodity Server Hardware). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work in a small team to ensure the successful deployment of custom applications to various hardware infrastructure types and installation locations/networks Ensure the continued operation of deployed systems Monitor status of deployed hardware infrastructure and software systems Work with Government partners to ensure communications with required systems and data sources are available Develop DevSecOps pipelines for the deployment of infrastructure applications upon which custom applications will be installed Document and communicate technical discovery results effectively to technical and non technical user groups. Required Skills and Qualifications Must have current Top Secret security clearance with SSBI and eligible for SCI. Experience with Kubernetes deployment/configuration/administration (K3s/K9s) Knowledge of network protocols. Minimum three (3) years of relevant system administration experience Experience installing and administering server hardware (AWS Snowball Edge, AWS Outpost, Commodity Hardware) Network Administration AWS C2S/SC2S administration Assisting App Developers and DevOps personnel with the issues arising from the deployment of their applications to remote locations Linux Administration, Bash Scripting, Python, Git, Proxy server administration, NPE Certificate Management, Ansible playbooks, Ingress controllers Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Cyber Operations, or Computer Science Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Good organization, decision making, as well as verbal and written communication skills. High level of self initiative and self motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems Salary Range: $90,000 $236,579 This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes company equity, retirement plan, company paid health care benefits, flexible paid time off policy, and opportunity for a raise and bonus during the year.
