We’re seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud expertise to join our Salesforce team and elevate our customer engagement strategies. You’ll be instrumental in designing personalized journeys, dynamic content, and scalable automations that drive meaningful interactions across channels. Key Requirements:
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- Strong Service Cloud implementation experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Apex (classes & triggers), and LWC
Experience with DevOps / CI-CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira)
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer / Service Cloud)
Security Requirement:
- SC Clearance mandatory
