Title: Java Software Developer Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Remote
Compensation

- 7+ years of experience with Java and object-oriented architecture/design
- Strong background building Java-based microservices using Quarkus or Spring
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes on AWS (EKS), Helm, Docker, and Maven
- Expertise in event-driven architecture, Kafka, and Kafka Streams
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, Java Streams, and performance optimization
- Experience with TimeFold (OptaPlanner) for constraint solving and optimization
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud-native best practices
- Comfortable working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and Mattermost
