Business Analyst - Low Code/No Code - Only USC
Job Title: Business Analyst - Low Code/No Code - Only USC Location: Remote (1-week onsite training in Chicago) Engagement Type: Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Experience Required: 7-8 years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise or strong interest in Low Code/No Code platforms to support digital transformation initiatives for our client, OpenGov. The ideal candidate will have a strong business analysis background, a good understanding of technical systems, and the ability to work effectively with APIs, database connections, and workflow automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and configure solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Configure system components including APIs, workflows, and database connections.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience or strong interest in Low Code/No Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, PowerApps).
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, system configurations, and database connections.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to attend 1-week onsite training in Chicago.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with government or SaaS clients.
- Familiarity with OpenGov or similar civic technology platforms.
