HR Intern – People Business Partners
Job Description:
- Supporting the PBP team across the full HR lifecycle — onboarding, performance cycles, employee check-ins, and more
- Helping keep our org units well-supported (with a particular focus on tech, as it's our biggest client group)
- Maintaining clean data in our HR systems and pulling reports that help the team make good decisions
- Helping document and track HR processes, coaching conversations, and role changes
- Contributing to team projects — building resources, improving templates, researching policy questions
Requirements:
- You're pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or something adjacent
- You're organized, thorough, and good at keeping a lot of moving pieces straight
- You write clearly and professionally
- You know how to handle extremely sensitive information with an impeccable level of discretion
- You're curious about HR and people operations as a career — not just looking for a resume line
- Bonus points if you've used Rippling before, have prior HR experience, or have worked in a distributed team.
