Position Summary The Program Coordinator works closely with Sirva client contacts to provide pre assignment support for their mobility programs. This position will be responsible for client mailbox management, supporting relocation agreements, and supporting client projects and inquiries. *This position is open to be filled in the US or Philippines, working US hours. Functions and Responsibilities % of Time Description of Duty 50% Support regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as reporting needs, group move planning, specialized program support, data queries, status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests and systems testing. Must approach tasks with a solutions oriented and consultative support influencing desired outcomes as indicated by the client Talent Mobility team. 30% Triage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks. Responsible for meeting client SLAs and KPIs related to inquiry response time. 20% Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed Qualifications and Preferred skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in relocation required Experience working in a client facing role preferred Project Management experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines Ability to work successfully in a team and individual environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, (V-lookup and Pivot Table experience preferred) Education and Certification Requirements High school diploma required Undergraduate degree preferred Sirva Worldwide Relocation and Moving is a global leader in moving and relocation services, offering solutions for mobility programs to companies of every size.
