What You'll Do

As the Product Delivery Director, you'll be the enterprise-wide orchestrator behind how Edmentum brings products to market, fast, with quality, and in full compliance. You'll design the governance systems and cross-functional workflows that keep multiple simultaneous releases moving in sync, mobilize teams to respond to competitive threats and market opportunities in real time, and serve as the connective tissue between Product, Go-to-Market, Legal, Compliance, and Curriculum. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your operational leadership will directly shape Edmentum's ability to deliver for educators and students. In this role you will: Lead cross-functional launch readiness coordination with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to ensure teams are prepared and aligned ahead of every product release. Design and govern enterprise-wide tracking systems that serve as the single source of truth for product, content, research, and state approval releases. Build the structures and rapid-response playbooks that enable Edmentum to mobilize cross-functionally on competitive threats, customer retention situations, and strategic pivots. Manage the coordination of multiple simultaneous releases, surfacing risks and interdependencies early while maintaining a rolling release calendar for senior leadership. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Curriculum to ensure all approval processes meet current regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Synthesize complex program status into clear, executive-ready communications that keep senior leadership informed and confident in delivery health. Who You Are You have 7+ years of progressive experience in program management, delivery operations, or a related operational leadership role. You have demonstrated success governing complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks that improve speed, quality, and coordination. You have experience working within or closely alongside product, technology, and commercial teams in a software or EdTech environment. You are an exceptional communicator, able to synthesize complexity into clear, executive-ready updates for diverse audiences. You thrive in ambiguity and make sound operational judgments even when information is incomplete. You have experience with state curriculum adoption or regulatory approval processes in K-12 education (preferred). You are familiar with EdTech product lifecycle, including content and technology development. You are proficient with program tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent platforms. You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs. Job Application Deadline: May 8, 2026 Pay range for this role: $165,000—$180,000 USD At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with various plan options, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and a flexible Time Away Program along with 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 wellness day, and a winter office closure at the end of December.
