About the role: We are seeking a Key Account Manager who knows how to grow revenue by becoming a trusted advisor to their customers. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key industrial accounts while identifying and closing new opportunities for new, replacement, and rebuilt equipment. You’ll work directly with plant managers, engineers, and decision-makers to solve real operational challenges using Dynamatic’s differentiated technology. Annual Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE) Location: Remote, Southern US Territory Travel: Approximately 3 weeks per month (customer-facing, relationship-building travel) What you will do: Drive sales and revenue growth within assigned industrial accounts Develop deep knowledge of Dynamatic products and applications Travel to customer sites to discuss equipment performance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and customer presentations Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system Proactively follow up on quotes and customer opportunities Address customer inquiries related to sales, service, technical applications, warranties, and returns Collaborate on marketing strategies and identify new market opportunities What we are looking for: Proven success selling capital equipment in a consultative sales environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial applications Comfortable owning a territory, managing priorities, and working independently Confident handling both technical and business objections Organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-up and execution High ethical standards and a strong customer-first mindset Demonstrated experience prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant sales experience.
