What’s in it for you? $75,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience Full suite of benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Paid time off and paid holidays This position offers a fully remote schedule, with all necessary equipment provided MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours What we need from you: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager License: Active Property & Casualty license Tech Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities Account Management: Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts The Position: Expertly manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts. Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions. Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism. Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements. Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
