The Associate Director is a single point of accountability for engagement delivery, owning execution quality, timeline integrity, and financial impact realization across complex, multi‑workstream healthcare engagements. Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery of healthcare engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and outcomes Translate strategy into clear, executable initiatives with defined ownership and sequencing Develop and manage integrated, multi‑workstream workplans and delivery dependencies Serve as the primary interface with senior client executives and Steering Committees Establish and enforce governance structures, including stage gates, escalation paths, and approvals Manage scope, risk, and change control to maintain alignment with engagement objectives Ensure benefits tracking and realization tied to EBITDA, cost savings, revenue improvement, or quality metrics Proactively identify and address risks to financial and operational outcomes Lead, coach, and oversee PMO and project support staff Act as a recognized subject matter expert across margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and care transformation Qualifications 9–15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or enterprise transformation Proven track record leading complex, multi‑workstream engagements with measurable financial impact Experience working directly with C‑suite and senior health system leaders Strong program and project management, governance, and execution capabilities Advanced financial acumen related to margin and performance improvement Strong leadership, judgment, and executive communication skills Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
