If that resonates, you will feel at home here. Production Team Vision: We are building a repeatable podcast engine that turns interviews into pipeline. This is not a “nice conversation” show. The host’s job is to run tight interviews, extract specifics, and execute the off air debrief that drives the next step. We are looking for someone who can prove they can do it at volume, then grow with us long term. Who this is for: - You have hosted or moderated B2B conversations before - You can keep a guest from rambling and pull out real tactics and numbers - You are comfortable speaking with founders, consultants, and executives leading companies making $1M to $50M per year - You are reliable, structured, and you follow SOPs - You can sustain 4 interviews per day without your energy dropping What we offer you: - Host one of the most popular podcast in B2B Coaching & Consulting (Consulting Leaders) - A clear run of show, prep sheets, question banks, and a tight system - A team that books and qualifies guests for you - A producer who handles tech, files, and post production - Direct access to our CEO Guillaume Jouvencel - Performance based growth into a larger role as the show scales - The opportunity to become one of the top voices in Consulting What we expect from you: Responsibilities: - Host 4 recorded interviews per day (Consulting Leaders) - Follow our run of show and time boxes - Run a 10-15 minute off air debrief after each interview to book a qualified follow up call - Review the guest prep sheet before each recording - Keep conversations tight, specific, and practical - Deliver clean audio (professional mic, quiet room, stable internet) Results: - 80 interviews per month (4 per day x 20 business days) - 40 qualified follow up calls booked per month (target) - On time start rate 100% - Audio QC pass rate 95 percent plus Requirements: - Experience hosting, moderating, interviewing, or podcasting in a B2B context - Exceptional verbal communication and presence - Able to politely interrupt and drive to specifics - Comfortable following scripts and SOPs - Reliable availability during US business hours - Professional audio setup and quiet recording environment - Absolute proficiency in English (native is definitely a plus) Location: - Remote, US friendly hours Compensation: - $25 per recorded interview (45min) - $25 per qualified follow up call booked Target earnings: $3,000 per month (80 interviews + 40 qualified calls), for 20hrs/week, with possibility to ramp up How to Apply: Send: - A 3 to 5 minute hosting sample (or a link) - Your audio setup details (mic, interface, room) - A short note on why you are a fit Shortlisted candidates will complete: - A job interview with Guillaume Jouvencel - Co-Founder of GHA Marketing & current host of the podcast (30min) - A podcast-style interview + follow up conversation (15min) GHA Core Values: - High Agency You take ownership without waiting to be asked.
