Here are the headlines: The Firm
- Lower than Industry Average Billable Hours:
Invest extremely less time in this role than comparable environments with no Attorney working more than 1900 hours – as well as in a fully remote capacity!

- Support Insurance Defense Litigation -
Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
- Perform Strategic Legal Research
- Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts
- Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

- Base Salary up to $200K Base
