As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. You will assist in managing schedules, organizing documents, and facilitating communication across teams. This position offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $23 to $27, along with the chance to grow and develop professionally within a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize schedules and appointments for team members Prepare and maintain documents and reports Assist with data entry and database management Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors Support the team in project coordination and administration Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Apply To This Job
