Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers experiencing issues with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers experiencing issues with streaming services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of streaming services and their features
  • Utilize technical support skills to resolve customer issues
  • Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work:

* Excellent Internet connectivity:

  • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
  • Wired Internet Service Providers are required; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
