The WW Customer Trust Training LXD Team

Our team is a dynamic group of learning professionals who are dedicated to creating great learning experiences for our associates and investigators. We're a team of LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work together to design, develop, and deliver training programs that support our business goals. Our primary responsibility is to create learning experiences that provide our associates and investigators with the resources they need to effectively do their job.

Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Learning Experiences: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
  • Curriculum Maintenance and Review: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning experiences are always up-to-date and relevant.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring our learning experiences meet their needs.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.
  • Program Consulting: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience.
  • Continuous Performance Improvement: Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights, ensuring our learning experiences are always evolving and improving.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience
