Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Online Chat Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will engage with Amazon customers through live chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, orders, and services, including product features, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with navigating the Amazon website, resolving issues, and finding the information they need
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset

Essential Qualifications:
