Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis is required.
  • Experience in customer support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support is preferred.
